Students celebrating National Walk Day tomorrow at Hurstville Interpretive Center

Dear Andrew Families,
Our Kindergarten through 5th grade students will be visiting the Hurstville Interpretive Center tomorrow morning during their literacy block to celebrate National Walk Day (which was last week). Students will be reading, "Near One Cattail" a story on the "Story Walk" that features a book about the wetlands and animals and plants that find the wetlands their home. Students will be pairing both physical exercise with a literacy activity. Please look for pictures of your student's class on the website tomorrow as they participate in this fun activity. The schedule for the classes is below.
1st and 2nd Grade: 8:15-9:00 (returning back to Andrew around 9:15)
Both Kindergarten sections: 9:30-10:15 (returning back around 10:30)
