I don't know about your house, but mine had very excited children with sights of the first big snow today. This led to us embracing the excitement at the start of the day. Today we decided to take 15 minutes extra minutes to Sharpen our Saws and enjoy the weather. The students loved the extra time with one another and the chance to play with the snow. Also, just a reminder the weather has changed without much of a warning. It would be a great idea to start sending snow gear for your children to wear outside (Winter coats, hats, gloves, snow pants, boots, etc.). Having their gear here will allow students to play in the snow and stay warm while at recess. Remember, we go outside unless it feels colder than 10 degrees outside.
