Families, The attached calendar was edited to reflect the days colored in. The colors were always colored correctly, but the text was missing to state March 10th was a No School Day. It also said spring break was starting on April 18th when it starts on April 17th. Those two items have now been fixed on the attached calendar. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact the school.

Leap had to change their activity today due to the bowling alley having another group scheduled. We will be going to the Voy Theater to see a movie instead. We will be back to school around 5:15. If you planned on picking your student up at the bowling alley, they will now need to be picked up at school. Thank you!

Hello Andrew Families! We are so excited to announce the start of this year’s Ukulele Club! This club is an extension of what we will be doing in our music classes here very soon. We hope to start this club back up at the beginning of February. This afterschool program is currently open to any students in grades 4-6. A form will be sent home for those interested to see what days Andrew students have available to come to Ukulele Club. Once we look at this data, an official form will need to be signed by a parent/guardian for your student to join! Andrew Trivia Night When: Saturday, February 1st Where: New Andrew Fire Station Gather your friends and family to form a team of 4-8 people. This is an Adult-only event. The cost is $100 per team. Show your school and community spirit while enjoying a night of fun and a little competition. This year’s Trivia Theme is Decades. All categories will be related to a decade from the 1960s to today!! Hello Andrew Band Families! We are so excited to resume Band tomorrow afternoon! Please try to make sure your student brings their instrument to school tomorrow. Here is a flyer from Jackson County Conservation and the form for their annual Winter Adventure Camp. This is for students in grades 4-6th. This is one of the most popular camps that they offer.

Andrew Families, Due to a water main break in the town of Andrew the city will be temporarily turning off the water supply to the city for 1-2 hours late this morning to repair the issue. We have made the necessary arrangements to keep school open today. We do anticipate a boil order going into effect following the repair. We are preparing to provide healthy and safe meals and drinking water until the situation is corrected. Thank you!

Andrew Beginning Band Families! This Friday, November 22nd, we will be starting our Winter Concert practices during school. From that day on, Band students will need their instrument every day up until after the concert!
