Passing this information along from ISU Extension and Outreach---We are excited to introduce the Iowa 4-H Statewide Fishing Club, this program is designed to engage students in grades 4-12 with Iowa’s aquatic ecosystems, fishing techniques, and environmental stewardship. This unique program helps youth step away from screens and into the great outdoors, where they can develop lifelong skills in fishing, fish identification, lure tying, water safety, and more. Through hands-on activities, webinars, and tournaments, members will build confidence and appreciation for nature while connecting with other young anglers across the state.
